The kitchen is large and comfortable. You can wash, dry and iron all your clothes at home. The space ✅It's a family building, centrally located and close to pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants. Since it's downtown, it's not the quietest. You can hear the neighbors and cars on the street a bit. ✅ It is close to the largest park in Panama: Parque Omar, where you can exercise, have a natural juice and have a nice time in contact with nature in the middle of the city. ✅ Each room has air conditioning and its own private bathroom (you won't have to share it or leave your room, it's inside the room). ✅ You have a parking lot available, inside the building under the roof and with an electric gate for your car🚗. The space works for a small car! A medium car fits but you'll have to maneuver. Please close the gate each time you enter or exit. ✅ The kitchen is the only thing I haven't remodeled. It's not new, but it's very comfortable for cooking and baking everything you want! ✅ Because it is an old building, it is spacious, comfortable and naturally lit. For this reason, ️there is no elevator️ You will have to climb two flights of stairs. ✅ OTHER THINGS: Fast ▪️ Internet ▪️ activated carbon water filter 100% cotton ▪️ sheets and towels ▪️ the bed and pillow mattresses have a protective lining ▪️ coffee and tea for you ▪️ Cleaning supplies available in the laundry room ▪️ If you want cleaning during your stay, there would be an extra charge, you just have to request it by message, two days before. ▪️ If you want to arrive before "check-in" or leave after "check-out", it will depend on availability, because we almost always have guests leaving and entering on the same day. ‼️ In MARCH 2026‼️ we will have a super discount because there is work in the building (gas system): that is, we will not have a dryer and hot water, those days. But there's a laundromat a block away, and you can hang your clothes on the kitchen window, and with the heat in Panama, they'll dry in a couple of hours. The living room and dining room have two ceiling fans and new air conditioning😀. If you want to feel the natural breeze, leave the balcony doors open and kitchen windows open, so the air circulates better. ️ Panama has a humid tropical climate, i.e. hot and rainy. Sometimes there are mosquitoes and they go up the balcony looking for the light, entering the room. Close the doors tightly or if you want to leave them open, under the sink (in the kitchen) there is an anti-mosquito lamp. Also in the first drawer of the kitchen we have pills, lotion and alcohol so you don't get bitten. Guest access You can use everything: there is coffee, tea, sugar and salt so you don't have to buy. We keep this in the fridge because of the humidity of the climate. Also in the laundry room there is soap to wash your clothes and liquid to clean the bathrooms or the floor, if necessary. Other things to note Our building DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR, you must climb stairs, the apartment is on the second floor. It's important that you inform us and send us the information of all the people who will be staying at the house. Full name and ID (ID or passport). If you want to arrive earlier or leave later, it will depend because the apartment is almost always occupied with people coming and going or we are always making improvements or arrangements.
