The studio is a 15 minute bus trip away from the vibrant Sydney CBD, and adjacent to a lush bushland reserve. Get the best of both worlds! Sample the thriving metropolis or venture on a rejuvenating bushwalk leading to a harbour inlet, perfect for city slickers and nature enthusiasts alike. The space The Studio is located at the front of a house, with private access from a leafy front yard. It's freshly painted with brand new floors, exuding modern charm and comfort. The space is equipped with its own kitchenette (with Nespresso machine) and small ensuite bathroom ensuring convenience and privacy throughout your stay. Relax on the comfy queen bed and curl up with a movie on the DVD player and an espresso, or catch up on life admin on the extendable dining table. The studio is at the front of a family home, and while you have a private entry and view to the front garden, you may hear general family noise from time to time, we have teens and animals living here as well! Guest access Guests have a private entry to the Studio at the front of the house. No other parts of the house are available to guests as another family live on site. Other things to note The kitchenette does not have a cooktop (sad face) but does have a Nespresso machine (yay!). There is a microwave for hot food, a toaster and kettle for endless tea. Please note the bathroom is an ensuite, and can only fit one person at a time. Wifi access hours are 6am - Midnight every day, the studio is located within a family home and we have our own wifi policy.
