It is on the top floor with lift access, it is light and bright, with a leafy outlook, and it is air conditioned. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, making it easy to cook a meals at home. It has with a full-size fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher for easy cleanup. There is a dining area overlooking the trees, It has a very comfortable lounge area with large smart TV and a dedicated work space, with lightning fast internet. The sleeping area has a comfortable queen-sized bed with side tables with reading lights. There are built-in wardrobes and shelves for storing your belongings and hanging your clothes. There is a hair dryer provided in the bathroom for you to use. Guests also have access to extensive laundry facilities with several washing machines and dryers. There is a marked dedicated undercover parking spot with lift access to the apartment. You will have the entire apartment to yourself, so please make yourself at home! 24 Hour Check in Check in is via key safe which is at your door, so you can check in any time after 3pm. Linen Please note that we supply the bedding and linen, (sheets, towels, tea towels) at the beginning of each stay once only, regardless of the length of stay. Complimentary Inclusions We provide soap, toilet rolls and tissues for the bathroom, dishwashing fluid and dishwasher detergent and laundry washing powder. Coffee pods, tea bags, sugar, milk, salt & pepper, oil and vinegar, garbarge bags, gladwrap and glad bake. We provide enough of the above for short term stays, (up to 3 days) which is enough to start you off for longer term stays. The Local Area. North Sydney North Sydney is a bustling CBD with many offices, supermarkets, banks, chemists, hair dressers etc, and the closest train station to the city. It is very easy to access for work, shopping and catching the train into the city, as it is only a 12 minute walk away. Kirribilli Village, Harbour Bridge Walk, Milsons Point Station, And North Sydney Ferry Wharf within a 15 minute walk Kirribilli is a lovely vibrant village, that has many cafes, a lively hotel, restaurants, a small Woolworths Metro supermarket, fish and chips, bakery and many other take away outlets. There is also another train station there called Milsons Point that will take you to the city. While in Sydney it is quite a nice thing to do, to walk over the Harbour Bridge to Circular Quay in the city, if you are a walker. It is a relatively flat walk across the bridge and there is both stairs and lift access at both ends of the walk. It is an easy 15 minute walk to Kirribilli Village where the Bridge Walk entrance is. also Milsons Point Station. North Sydney Wharf with ferry’s to the city is on the way (a 12 minute walk). From Kirribilli you can walk for 2 minutes to the Harbour front. From there on the right, you can walk under the Harbour Bridge to Luna Park fun park, and along the waterfront to McMahons Point. Or on the left you can walk along a foreshore path that will take you to the prime minister’s residence. Closest Shops and Cafes Closest shops are 5 minutes walk away. There is a Thai Restaurant, Limelight, a Bakery with a café, Grumpy Baker, a newsagent that sells basic essentials like bottled water, milk and butter, and an Alcohol Shop for wine, beer and spirits. Neutral Bay Beach Hayes Street Beach is a popular and lovely sandy beach without waves. There is a local favourite beach side café, called Thelma and Louise, and you can catch a ferry from there into the city. This is approximately a 12 minute walk. Harbourfront Park This is a great park for relaxing, sport, fishing and also exercising as there is extensive exercise equipment in the park. This is about a 5 minute walk away.
