Its a new built house in Sep. 2022. 3 bedrooms: 2 king beds, 2 full beds, two pulloutseats that convert to twin size beds, a futon in the den, and a oversized couch. Electricity, wifi, water included The space Master bedroom has king bed, two large closets that can possibly be turned into make shift bedrooms, walk in shower and enclosed commode. One twin sized pullout couch. Bedroom 2: has two full beds Bedroom 3: has one king bed and one twin sized pullout couch. Den/Office: has ready workspace with dual monitors and futon bed Living room had a couch that when combined becomes a queen sized bed. Garage is air conditioned and the perfect man cave. Guest access All house and lanai, pool, canal are yours.
