A quiet retreat featuring a downstairs suite with living area, bedroom, 1/2 bath, laundry facilities & private entrance. Off street parking. Home is located on a cul-de-sac in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy access from Highway 63 and I-70. NOTE: Not in town. Only 5 miles to downtown. Several fast food restaurants within 2-3 miles of here. Private full bath upstairs at top of stairs. I reside upstairs with two small dogs. The dogs are NOT in your space @ any time. Perfect for one or two persons. The space Your area is the entire lower level of the home. The suite is very quiet and private. This area includes a private entrance, a bedroom, a sitting room (with a 4.5 cubic foot refrigerator with small freezer for small ice cube trays, a microwave oven, and a coffee maker), a half bath, and a utility area with washer and dryer. The full bath is at the top of the stairs. The full bathroom is for your private use only and is not shared at any time. There is no TV in your private suite. I do live upstairs. However, I will provide you with complete privacy. Parking is available on the street or behind the house. If parking behind the house, please park in front of the right side garage door. I need access in and out with my car through the left garage door. Though there is a door leading from the garage to your living space, I will only enter and exit through the front door upstairs. You will enjoy a private entrance from the outside. That entrance opens onto a private deck with two chairs and the back yard. Please do not park in the driveway leading to the back. Guest access You will have the entire downstairs living area for yourselves. There is a half bath in this area. You will also have a full bath available to you upstairs. This full bath is for your exclusive use. It is located right at the top of the stairs and on your LEFT. Downtown is just 5 miles away. Numerous restaurants and entertainment are located there. Easy access to my home from I-70 or from Highway 63. During your stay I will provide total privacy for you. I am available if there is anything you need. Just give me a text. I do live upstairs.
