It offers all amenities a traveler may need for a short stay (fully-equipped kitchen, newly renovated, modern furniture). From the entry room, which has a washing machine, you can walk right into the bathroom as well as the kitchen. The bathroom consists out of a toilet, a bathroom sink and a shower. The kitchen has a stove, a sink and a fridge with a freezer compartment. If you walk through the kitchen you will reach the living/sleeping room.
