The space Sunny Daze Villa is suitable for up to 10 guests and is fully decorated with taste. It comprises of over 3100 sq ft with 4 bedrooms plus den, 3 bathrooms, family room, a beautiful spacious living room with foyer, dining room, Florida garden patio (perfect for laying out in the hammock) and a huge lanai (patio) area. Everywhere you will enjoy the beautiful views of the water. The open kitchen, dining and living room as well as the Master bedroom are equipped with large sliding doors opening right out to the lanai and pool area. And as usual everywhere in subtropical Florida, swimming pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by full 'screen', so you can enjoy the outside in the evening - enjoy a delicious barbecue without being hindered by mosquitoes or insects. From the pool you have a beautiful view on our private dock wherein your boat is moored and with some luck, during the day you might even see a family of 'Manatees' swimming by and eating. Sunny Daze Villa is a family friendly and pet friendly place for your vacation. Bedrooms: Master - 1 King bed with tv, 1 Queen bed with tv, 1 Queen bed with tv, 3 twin beds, 1 full pull-out (den) with tv. Guest access You will have access to the whole house except for a couple of owner closets that are locked and 3rd stall of the garage. Owner's Boat is not part of the rental. Other things to note The rental price covers furnished house, including linen and costs of water. Electric is included up to 150 Kwh/week. Exceeding power will be charged separately with $0.20/Kwh. Use of the gas pool/spa heater will be charged at $30/percentage point on gauge. The pool is heated with the solar power system and a solar cover. Our home is equipped with NEW low energy equipment, appliances, air condition, pool equipment, etc. Home was built new in 2014 so it is VERY energy efficient.
