Spacious living room with plenty of seating to entertain and to watch TV. *Ground floor with easy access to the pool and the beach. *Bedding Arrangements *Primary Bedroom= Queen *Second Bedroom= 2 Twins *Sofa Sleeper in the living room *Our kitchen has pots, pans, knives, forks, plates, and bowls. *Coffee maker, toaster, oven, stove, refrigerator, blender. *Sleeps 6 MAX *Dining for 6 Guests *Swimming Pool *Tandem parking (2 cars fit in the single assigned parking spot) *Gas and electric grilling only; charcoal is not permitted on the property *1st floor *900 approximate sq feet *In-unit washer/dryer POLICIES & INFO Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent. Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent. Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS. - This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking. - The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy. - Parties are strictly prohibited. - Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners. - Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. - Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center. - This vacation home does not allow pets.
