Very peaceful and close to everything. 5 minutes to FIT (Florida Institute of Technology), 8 minutes to Melbourne Airport (MLB), 10 minutes to the beach, and 5 minutes to grocery stores. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the backyard with the birds singing all day long. I am from WA state. I live here 6 months out of the year and would like to share my home with you.
