Guest access Upon arriving at this bright and spacious vacation home, guests are greeted by a modern and inviting atmosphere. The open-concept living and dining areas provide plenty of space for relaxing and socializing, while the fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring all the necessary amenities and appliances for preparing delicious home-cooked meals. The three tastefully decorated bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure. The master bedroom boasts a plush king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom for added convenience and privacy. The second and third bedrooms are equally inviting, with queen-sized beds, accommodating all guests with comfort and style. The screened-in pool area provides an idyllic setting for leisurely outdoor meals or quality time with loved ones. Other things to note ***The pool is NOT heated, and it faces north. *** There is NO BBQ provided on the property, but you are welcome to bring your own small BBQ. *** NO smoking is allowed inside the property. ***You will have direct access to an UNGATED/UNLOCKED in-ground swimming pool. Please consider this before booking, especially if you are bringing your kids. I am not responsible for any incidents that may occur in the pool. ***For safety, there are security cameras AROUND the property and in the garage. There are NO cameras inside the house ***Please note that leaves may accumulate outside the pool patio screen due to the surrounding trees, but we clean the area weekly. The inside of the patio screen is kept clean for your enjoyment. ***There are two weekly services: pool maintenance (early mornings, primarily on Mondays) and lawn care (anytime on weekdays). Each service takes up to 20 minutes and will not significantly affect your stay. *** Parking: You can park one car in the garage, up to two on the driveway, and additional cars on the street. Please do not block the fire hydrant or sidewalk or on grass. *** NO Pets *** Service animals: Due to repeated incidents in which guests misrepresented pets as service animals, we now require advance notice and verification for any service animals.
