Upon entering the villa, you’ll find enough seating to entertain with a large TV, visible from the living room and kitchen for entertaining while cooking. The home's washer & dryer are conveniently located in the living room behind the futon sofa for those last minute washes. The living room has a remote-controlled ceiling fan, custom furniture pieces and an array of colorful & natural textures to complement the surrounding environment of Destin. The villa was professionally designed in 2019 and updated in 2024, continuing to appease an array of clientele visiting the Destin area. The bright & inviting kitchen comes well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, smooth-top stove w/ oven, large fridge, coffee maker & grinder. Cooking utensils, cups, dishes, cutlery, non-toxic children's utensils & a wireless charger are all available while prepping lunch before spending time at the pool or heading to the beach for a picnic. The cabinets are back lit with remote-controlled, color-changing LED lights to add an extra touch of fun to the space! Start your morning right by brewing your morning coffee, tea or matcha and catch the sunrise while walking along the ocean's edge. The master bedroom hosts a custom king bed, remote-controlled ceiling fan, accent chair, TV with Amazon Fire stick, two wireless chargers and private bathroom. You’ll find all the necessary toiletries, blow dryer, bath towels etc in the ensuite with a shower-tub combo. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed, remote-controlled ceiling fan, wireless charger, reading material & TV with Amazon Firestick for streaming shows & movies. Each room's design is unique, complimenting the overall aesthetic of the villa. The second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hall adjacent to the kitchen, hosting a single-person shower. It's well equipped with essential toiletries & bath towels. The villa comes with a private porch that hosts seating for four to enjoy the salty evening air and a refreshing beverage. Grab your beach towels from inside and your beach chairs & toys from the patio closet. Dip your toes in the shared pool, equipped with loungers & a shaded seating area, or head to the beach for your obligatory sunset beach walk every evening.
