Home in Bend

Welcome to our home in the heart of Bend. Our quiet street borders the Deschutes river and is just minutes to downtown. Walk to the river in a couple of minutes, or downtown along the river trail in 15 minutes. This is a single level home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a beautiful patio by a creek and pond, fenced backyard with a fire pit, (hot tub will be unavailable in winter). This is our primary residence, but we move personal items out. Our home is pet-free and smoke-free. The space Home is roughly 1540 square/feet. This is our primary residence. We put our personal items in the garage, and all linens are strictly for guests. Our home is pet-free and smoke-free. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Master bedroom has a wall mounted Smart TV, new king sized organic latex mattress, and bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note, you will not have access to the garage and during winter months, the hot tub will be emptied and winterized. The third bedroom is a home office with a pull-out queen bed. Guest access Access to everything except the garage and hot tub. Other things to note Check-in and check-out can be flexible. Please communicate your needs and we will do our best.
