With large integrated spaces and plenty of natural lighting, it was designed to provide comfort and entertainment for the whole family or group of friends. Social Area: Upon entering the house, you are greeted by a spacious and inviting social area with a barbecue and a wooded view. The living room has comfortable furniture and features a Smart TV with SKY cable channels, ideal for enjoying movies, sports or any program the group wants to watch. Large windows and glass doors allow for an abundant inflow of natural light, while air conditioning and ceiling fans offer climate comfort. Integrated Kitchen: The kitchen is a focal point, integrated into the living room, facilitating interaction between spaces. Equipped with two refrigerators, a freezer, a 5-burner stove, a microwave, an oven, and a dishwasher, as well as a variety of utensils, it is perfect for exploring various recipes and sharing memorable meals. Suites: The house offers four spacious en-suite bedrooms, all with air conditioning to ensure comfort during all seasons. Each suite has windows with roller blinds to control brightness, a wardrobe, hangers and private bathrooms. Two suites contain double beds, while the other two have two single beds and a trundle beds. Outdoor Area: The outdoor space offers a quiet atmosphere to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. Just a few steps from the house is the beautiful beach, allowing easy access to invigorating moments by the sea. This house is located in the last condominium on the sand of Camburi beach, in the direction of Praia da Baleia, and was designed to create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, providing the ideal setting to create special memories with family and friends, while enjoying the proximity to nature and the stunning beach nearby. Guest access - It is necessary to send in advance the full names and a copy of an official government-issued ID with photo of all guests from your country, as early as possible. - Visitors are not allowed. The rental of the unit is for the exclusive use of the guests registered in the reservation. - Check-in time is from 3 p.m. and check-out time must be by 11 a.m. Warning! If the check-out time is not respected, fines may be applied. The possibility of early check-in or extended check-out will be subject to availability and contracting. If you are interested, talk to our service team at the time of your booking or during your stay for contracting. - Check the hours of operation and restrictions of the social areas and correctly follow the instructions of the condominium for access and use of the common areas. - Our properties are all residential and do not include breakfast, cleaning or housekeeping services. - Consult us in advance about the possibility of conducting photo sessions and/or filming at the property. Other things to note - Linen: We provide bed and bath linens, toilet paper and amenities (soap, shampoo and conditioner). Items are not replenished during the stay. - The house has been prepared for your comfort, take care of it as if it were yours, enjoy the stay and the many attractions that the city offers.
