Private room in a Spanish style 4plex building.

It's an apartment in 4 plex building, in a very nice neighborhood in west hollywood. The apartment has a balcony and a yard. It's in Fairfax village, 10 min walking distance from the Grove. The room is spacious and very quiet. I'm a chill person, spend a lot of time on my balcony. I have two friendly cats. They are used to not to go to the guest room. I'll be happy to recommend you places in the hood. The bed is on its way :)
