Our home is situated on an acre of land and it's not uncommon to see deer, foxes, and other wildlife about. Our guest space was just renovated with new flooring, paint, a new 55" smart tv, and comfy furniture. The bedroom has a queen bed & queen air mattress and/or twin air mattress is available upon request. The space Our light and bright suite is nearly 1000sf of dedicated space for you! We've recently remodeled with new flooring and paint, and updated the bath fixtures. New bedding, fluffy, oversized towels, and a seriously comfy queen bed await. With two loveseats, two comfortable Poang chairs, and a table with five press back chairs, there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy a board game or the new 55" smart tv with access to Netflix, Hulu, Starz, HBO, and Amazon. A side door leads you to the spacious yard (over an acre) with a bistro table where you can enjoy complimentary morning coffee or a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Guest access Guests have access to the suite's living/dining room, bedroom, bathroom, and the driveway and grounds. Other things to note Guests enter through the front door of the larger home, and take the stairs to our guest suite. Guests have access to the entire suite and are able to walk through the home to enter and leave, but are asked to remain in the suite when at home, as some areas of the main level are under renovation. The suite does not include a full kitchen but does have a microwave, mini refrigerator, toaster oven, and coffee maker. Our suite is in a fantastic location for taking advantage of all that Kirkwood and St Louis have to offer.
