Welcome to my personal home, offering an unforgettable view of the famous Manhattan skyline (yes you can see the Empire State from here!). This cozy private bedroom is located in the heart of Manhattan, with Times Square and Central Park at a short walking distance. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BOOKING. The space This is a private room in a SHARED apartment. The apartment is shared with the host and another airbnb guest from the other room. ALL the house rules must be followed by everyone. I petsit sometimes, so every now and then there might be a small polite dog blessing the apartment only for a few days (It's not often). Sometimes the living room will be rented out to professional film productions or small wholesome events, these will happen only during the day (never after 10pm). These film shoots and events don't happen often, perhaps only once or twice a month, but it's good to be informed in case this happens during your stay. Please note: The film shoots or events will never have access to the bedrooms (which are separated from the living room), they will only have access to the living room, kitchen and balcony. If the living room gets rented out to a film shoot or event during your stay (they only happen during the day), all Airbnb guests will have to agree to NOT access the apartment during the hours of the film shoot during the day, specially if the film shoot is recording sound for dialogue scenes (because absolute silence is due during every take). If there's ever a film shoot or event happening in the living room during your reservation (which is actually rare), then all guests will be notified with as much time in advance as possible. If you're okay with these terms and dynamic then I will be more than happy to welcome you into my home! NOTE: Please bring your own shampoo, soap and toothpaste. Only one set of towels will be provided per reservation. Guest access ONE set of towels and fresh bed linens are provided per reservation, this is not a hotel. The 1.5 bathrooms are shared with the host and another airbnb guest from the other room, ALWAYS kept clean. Kitchen can only be used in the mornings. However, the use of the kitchen must be kept at a minimum. Kitchen is not allowed to use for lunch or dinner. Please note that you're booking a private bedroom. The living room and dining room are not for Airbnb guests. You must bring your own coffee and food ingredients if you wish to use the kitchen in the morning. During your stay There will not be much interaction with guests, but for any questions feel free to text me. Other things to note We will share the full address with the apartment number ONLY after the guest has fully confirmed their arrival time and has agreed with all the house rules. As soon as you book please confirm your exact arrival time in writing. Please note that Check-in times are flexible as long as it's any time after 4pm. (Early check-in earlier than 4pm is NOT allowed, no exceptions). -CHECK-IN: 4pm or any time after (Early check-in or luggage drop off is NOT allowed, no exceptions). -CHECK-OUT: 10am. (Late check-out or luggage drop-off is NOT allowed, no exceptions). HOUSE RULES: - No shoes indoors. Take off your shoes and leave them by front door every time you come in. - Please clean after yourself, remember that this is a shared home and NOT a hotel. - Bring your own shampoo, soap and toothpaste. - If you wish to use the kitchen then please bring your own ingredients and coffee (you're welcome to store food in the fridge if needed). - Wash every dish that you use right after using it. - Sometimes there might be small dogs visiting for a few days, if you're allergic to dogs then please notify me in advance. - Sometimes there might be professional film shoots or events in the living room, when this happens then all Airbnb guests must agree to lock their bedroom door and exit the apartment during the times of the film shoot/event.
