Renters are expected to keep the home in perfect shape. There is a doorman only during the day and the apartment is located literally steps away from all the best of Provenza, the most desirable neighborhood in el Poblado and close to all the best bars and restaurants. Each room is a equipped with a fan besides the master bedroom that counts either AC, however as you can see in the reviews heat has never been an issue since the apartment is very open and fresh.
