Single family attached home, one large bedroom with ensuite washroom and shower, one smaller bedroom and one guest bath. There is also a queen sized sofa bed if you need one. The space Perfect for couples or a small family. Clean, uncluttered, bright cottage. Sunny cottage style house with enclosed patio adjacent to a full kitchen with a breakfast nook. Outside is a chiminera, outdoor dining table and a professional bbq hooked up to the gas line. There is large master bedroom cathedral ceilings, queen bed and a full ensuite bath with shower. The 2nd bedroom is smaller but also has a queen bed with a mini library. Full warning, this room can get warm in the summer. There is an additional full bath with a tub. All rooms have sliding glass doors and ceiling fans. There is central air and heat, washer/dryer, space in garage for one car, additional guest parking outside for several cars outside. Stocked with towels, linens, dishes, pots and pans....anything you might need to prepare gourmet meals. There wireless internet and YouTube TV. Once outside you are only steps to pool and hot tub (we have some pool floaties and toys in the garage.) And there are three pool area's in our HOA available for your use, we are across from Pool 1 (usually very quiet, pool 2 is the more social pool). In the winter you are welcome to pick the ripe citrus fruit. Our key limes on our trip are ripe when they fall to the ground (they are a yellowish color, not green). Across the road is the tennis courts and golf at Cathedral Canyon Country Club. Pets OK'd on approval Guest access There are some closets and storage bins in the garage belonging to some term season rentals, as does the golf cart. It is not available for renters. Other things to note You must put out the trash and recycling SUNDAY night.
