Therefore, one of the rooms remains locked throughout the stay and is not part of the rental. Guest access Self check-in with simple and clear instructions, sent within 24 hours before arrival, after sending the requested information and documents. The electronic lock password is sent in the chat from 3 p.m. on the check-in day. Guests can enjoy the entire leisure area of the condominium, which includes large gardens, a children's playground, a multi-sport sand court, a game room, a deck with a barbecue (reservation with the host), and a 24-hour mini-market for greater convenience. The outdoor spaces are well cared for, illuminated and provide a welcoming atmosphere typical of Praia do Futuro. The adult and children's pools are highlights of the condominium, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing or cooling off after the beach. To ensure water quality, they undergo weekly maintenance and remain closed on the 1st business day of the week, according to internal rules.
