Welcome to Grace’s cottage! This 2bedroom 2 1/2 bath is centrally located in the heart of Rockport-Fulton, Texas w/ great views of Little Bay. Grace’s cottage offers everything needed to enjoy a relaxing weekend on the water. The space Grace’s cottage offers two bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV & a private bath with a tub/shower combo. Also downstairs is a cozy living room/kitchen concept with a half bath. Upstairs in the loft area there is a desk area for those who might need to do a little work while on vacation. There is also two twin size sofa sleepers. Through the barn doors there is a private bedroom w/ a queen bed and a private bathroom. The large front deck area has a grill and an outdoor shower. The bayside of the house has a porch that runs the length of the house where you can sit and enjoy the views and breeze of the bay. Guest access Guest will have access to the communal pool & pier. Other things to note Rockport beach is a 5 minute drive away!
