Kitchens are fully equipped with full-size appliances and cookware, glassware, silverware, and dishes. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the apartment. The bedroom boasts a King-sized bed with luxury bedding and an LCD flat-screen TV. The bathroom features luxury linens and travel-size Molton Brown toiletries. All utilities are included such as high-speed WiFi and premium HD cable with HBO. Apartments include starter kit of paper products (paper towels and bath tissue), dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Housekeeping is provided complimentary once per month for stays of 30 days or longer. Additional housekeeping services may be requested for an additional fee. We welcome pets! Other things to note Cleaning & Sanitation Cleanliness has always been top of mind for our team and residents, but in this climate, we have increased the frequency of our cleaning and disinfecting in all high-traffic and high-touch areas to prevent the spread of germs. We have partnered with Ecolab Inc. to provide the highest levels of sanitation as we prepare furnished apartments after check-out. A signed lease agreement is required for stays of 30 nights or longer. A non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet will be due upon arrival.
