Fantastic Soho shopping easily accessible. See Time square and Broadway from my corner and enjoy easy access to the Theatres. Traders joes on my block and 4 blocks from the organic market whole foods. Transportation is all within a few blocks: Bus stop at corner. Subways lines: at 6th and 23, 7th and 23, 8th and 23, 5th and 23, Park and 23. Penn station: 31st and 7th. If you are looking for a quiet day, enjoy the many wonderful local cafes or stay in and enjoy a good book from my well stocked library. You are welcome to use the kitchen lightly. During your stay I love to meet my guests and get to know them. I respect their privacy and tolerance for interaction. I am happy to assist in planning or just having a nice chat. Other things to note I respect privacy utmost. A clean environment. I recycle everything. I do not use toxic chemicals. I have serious allergies and so there are no scallop allowed in the flat at all. Perfumed products may not be applies in the flat. If they are applies outside then usually they are so diminished by your return they are not an issue. Please be aware however that if you do use them and they cause a reaction that I will need to ask you to wash and not use them again. Wool can be worn out of the flat but not inside. Please have something to put your wool things into while in the flat. I do recognize that this can be disruptive to you, but critical for my health. I appreciate your consideration.
