Eco-friendly Level-2 EV charger is available on-site. Come relax, recharge, & feel completely at home. The space This is a private apartment with its own entrance and dedicated parking. The host residence is attached but completely separate, much like a duplex. The interior has a calm, boutique feel, with dark hardwood flooring, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and thoughtful touches throughout. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Pool & Outdoor Oasis: Step into a lush, tropical backyard designed for unwinding. The heated pool is surrounded by palm trees, orchids, and vibrant greenery, with a travertine sun deck and covered lanai for shaded seating. Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer on the lanai, and we have beach chairs and umbrella available to borrow. It’s an inviting space for quiet mornings, afternoon swims, or evenings spent under the Florida sky. Kitchen, Living & Bedrooms: The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, including stainless-steel appliances, a drip coffee maker & Keurig, microwave, toaster, cookware, and dinnerware. There is also a dedicated laptop workspace with a full-size monitor and docking station, making remote work comfortable and efficient. The living room offers cozy seating and a Roku TV where you can log into your own streaming accounts. Both bedrooms feature queen beds with 100% cotton linens, room-darkening blinds, and individual climate control. The beige bedroom includes a Roku TV, full closet, and printer for guest use. The blue bedroom also has a Roku TV; the closet in this room is reserved for owner use, however a dresser is provided for storage of clothing and other personal items. The bathroom includes a full tub & shower, vanity storage, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Guest access Guests have full private access to the apartment, along with shared access to the pool, lanai, laundry area, and EV charger (available 9pm–7am; adapter needed for Tesla). We live onsite and share the property with three small dogs, who you may occasionally see in outdoor common areas. They do not enter the guest apartment or roam unsupervised. Other things to note Photo ID & Rental Agreement: Pursuant to state and local laws, the primary guest must, at the time of check-in, present a valid & original state or federally issued photo ID. Additionally, the primary guest must sign our Short Term Rental Agreement. Guests must complete a pre-arrival check-in form which requires the primary guest enter information from their ID. Primary Guest Responsibility: The primary guest is responsible for all actions and behaviors of all other guests within his or her travel party. This includes full responsibility for any damages caused by any and all members of the travel party as well as any other invitees. If any House Rules are broken by anyone in the travel party or other invitees, the reservation is subject to cancellation without refund and you may be asked to leave. The primary guest must add all additional guests to the reservation at the time of booking. If after adding additional guests to the reservation, it is determined that any of those guests have received negative reviews from hosts in the past, the entire booking is subject to cancellation at the discretion of the host with full refund. Cancellation & Refund Policies: We always uphold our cancellation policies as we incur costs regardless of if a guest shows up or not. We suggest travel insurance from either the booking platform or externally so neither of us needs to worry if anything disrupts your trip. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: We are happy to accommodate early arrivals and late departures when we can. Because they are based on availability and if another guest is checking in or out on that same day, we cannot grant requests earlier than 24 hours in advance. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out may be subject to additional fees. Charging Electric Vehicles (EV Charger): We offer a level-two electric vehicle charging station which is located on the right-hand side of the driveway. You will need an adapter to charge a Tesla. If you wish to utilize the charger, it must be done between the hours of 9:00pm and 7:00am only. We do not charge any fees to use the charger.
