This modern 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite (completed March, 2019) offers the perfect base for your adventures The Spacious suite features high ceilings and lots of storage for your outdoor gear. The fully equipped kitchen provides lots of counter space for preparing meals. Unwind in the bathtub or enjoy some Netflix on the 65-inch TV. The space Our modern, spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Golden and the surrounding National Parks. Located just a few minutes drive south of downtown, it offers easy access to outdoors adventures. The suite features high ceilings, lots of storage for your hear, a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space, and a cozy living area with a 65-inch TV. Soak in the bathtub or unwind with your favourite shows in the evening. You'll have private access to the suite, while the entryway is shared with the upstairs unit. Please note that footsteps from above may occasionally be heard. The suite tends to stay cool - pack accordingly for a comfortable stay. There is no designated outdoor area for guests but chairs can be provided upon request if you would like to enjoy the mountain views. Whether you are visiting for adventure or relaxation, we look forward to hosting you! Guest access Guests have private access to the suite, including 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, living area and closets for gear. The suite is located on the lower level of a multi-level home. Please note: The entryway is shared with the upstairs unit. There is no designated outdoor area for guests but chairs can be provided upon request. Laundry is not available for guest use. Other things to note This is a basement suite and it stays cool even during the summer months. Great for those who like a refreshing sleep, but we recommend brining cozy clothing. As this is a multi level-home you may hear some footsteps from the upstairs unit. Trains pass nearby, but most guests find they are hardly noticeable. We have a small curious cat and a 3 year old Golden Retriever. They do not spend any time in the suite but they love people and may want to say hello if they see you outside.
