Perfectly located DTLA

Bright and beautiful bedroom with high ceilings and large windows. Apartment is set in a restored historic DTLA building from 1906. Access to gym and laundry room. Close to Spring St. bookstore, Coffee shops, art galleries, restaurants and more. The space Guests may read my books and listen to my records. Write in your journal on my old wooden vanity desk. Open the windows and feel the breeze! Guest access Access to bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room. Please do not enter other bedrooms or open my closet as it is for personal storage :) Other things to note I have 2 roomates, Vanessa and Chris. Both are very friendly people who will be glad to help if you have any questions. I have a cat, Ozzie, who usually stays in my room but while I travel she stays at my boyfriend's house. My room is very clean and airy, however I would not recommend staying if you are allergic to cats. My roommate Vanessa has an awesome dog named Wallace, who is friendly and is pretty much outdoors most of the days with his momma!
