The main living area invites you to unwind, while the three large bedrooms provide peaceful retreats. 🛏️ 3 BEDROOMS (Sleeps 7) 1️⃣ Primary Suite: King bed, ensuite bathroom with step-in shower, walk-in closet, 55" smart TV, air purifier, blackout curtains, and full-length mirror 2️⃣ Everglades Room: Queen bed with direct water views, 39" smart TV, large closet, and air purifier 3️⃣ Lauderdale Beach Room: Two twin beds + twin trundle (weight limits: 250 lbs, 200 lbs, 200 lbs), large closet, perfect for kids or friends 🌴 OUTDOOR LIVING 🌅 SUNSET VIEWS: The backyard and patios are west-facing, so there's plenty of afternoon sun and often nice sunsets over the waterway. 🌴 BACKYARD: Fully fenced-in around the sides with open access to the waterway. The yard is mostly grass, with some palms and two patios to relax. 🏖️ PATIO 1: Step out from the living room onto a patio with tranquil waterway views, lady palms, and comfy outdoor furniture that seats up to 6 people. A retractable awning allows you to adjust the shade to your preference. Use the propane grill to cook a seafood feast or flip some burgers. 🏖️ PATIO 2: Connected to the first patio by a short walkway, two lounge chairs invite you to soak up the Florida sun. This is also where you'll find the watercrafts! 🛶 KAYAK & STAND-UP PADDLEBOARD: Explore Wilton Manor's iconic waterways with the provided kayak and stand-up paddleboard. Our house manual provides detailed directions and a map to a scenic hidden mangrove forest (5-10 min paddle away), in addition to other interesting paddle routes. (We are locals who know the best routes!) Adventurous and energetic paddlers can even consider the 7-mile paddle around the entire Island City of Wilton Manors (2-4 hours). 🎣 FISHING: Feel free to fish at the house in the waterway's brackish water. Catfish are common. Occasionally, tarpon, snook, jack, and other fish can be caught. We don't list fishing rods as an official amenity, but you may find some basic rods at the house to play around with. Or bring your own gear. (Note: Florida does require a fishing license for age 16-64.) 🏡 MODERN FLORIDA LIVING 📶 WIFI: The house is equipped with Xfinity's Fast Plan. The coffee table holds a small selection of games and books for your enjoyment. The open-concept layout of the living room, dining room, and kitchen creates a spacious and inviting environment for cooking, dining, and relaxing. 🍳 KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, LG refrigerator/freezer, Bosch dishwasher, and GE stove/oven/air fryer. Bar seating in the kitchen makes a convenient space to sip coffee or have a snack. 🍴 KITCHEN AMENITIES: Ample pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, cutlery, Ginsu knife set, coffee maker, toaster, counter-top toaster oven & air fryer, rice cooker, electric hot water kettle, blender, salad spinner, kitchen gadgets, starter spices, juicer, and much more. The desk is stocked with paper, pens, clips, envelopes, etc. A printer/scanner/copy machine is also available for your use. Although it is a big office space to be comfortable in, do note that the office area is part of the open floor plan. 📺 SMART TVs: All three smart TVs come loaded with logins to Netflix, Max (HBO), Peacock, Prime Video, and broadcast TV (NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, etc) pending signal. There is no barrier separating the canal from the gradually sloping backyard. 🛡️ SECURITY CAMS: For guest safety, and although the neighborhood is very safe, there are doorbell cams at each front entrance and security cams on each side of the house. We take your privacy very seriously; these outdoor cams are only monitored if issues arise. There are no cameras inside the house or the backyard/patios. 🌀 HURRICANE SEASON: runs June 1 - November 30, and tends to peak Sept-Oct. Many years there are no hurricanes directly impacting the area, but they can occur during this time. When booking any short-term rental in South Florida during hurricane season, visitors should understand Airbnb's Major Disruptive Event policy, which may not cover cancellations due to hurricanes. We want to ensure you have an easy departure and enjoy your final morning at Wilton Waterfront. 🗑️ VALET TRASH SERVICE PROVIDED: Your stay at Wilton Waterfront even includes a service in which the outdoor garbage and recycling bins are hauled to the curb and back on the appropriate days. You won't ever have to do this chore yourself. Simply toss any trash/recycling in the appropriate outdoor bins, and don't worry about what dates the trash goes out. We've hired a service to bring the outdoor bins back and forth for you. ✅ EARLY CHECK-INS & LATE CHECK-OUTS: We always do our best to accommodate requests for earlier check-ins and late check-outs, complimentary, whenever it's possible to arrange. Please understand this may not be possible on dates with same-day check-ins or check-outs. There is one hallway closet and an exterior utility closet that are locked and off-limits to guests. These two locked closets are simply used for maintenance and housekeeping supplies. There is plenty of available storage space all throughout the house and all bedrooms have large unlocked closets that you're free to use.
