North Central Super Cool Location!

Super cozy, unique guest house located in premier North Central PHX neighborhood...nearby trendy restaurants and clubs...beautiful, safe neighborhood for jogging/walking... Easy, quick access to bus/light rail, making trip to downtown PHX and the East Valley a breeze! The space Great energy in this two person (unless you want to throw an air mattress down on the floor for 1-2 more people) guest house with kitchenette and bathroom with shower - shared patio for outside dining - TV with local channels and ROKU, WIFI, fire pit, charcoal grill. Guest access The guest house entrance is through our driveway gate and is separate from our main house. Parking in driveway. Other things to note We have a cat and sometimes dog-sit my son's dog. We work full time. Check in 3PM or Later/ Check OUT 12PM but we can be flexible!! Agreeing in advance (24-48 hrs.) on your check-in time ensures guests a smooth, relaxing check-in.
