Guest bedroom in charming three bedroom house just west of Cedar Park, one block to the 34 trolley and 10 minute walk to the 52nd st El stop. It is a very comfortable futon that folds to queen size. Ideal for DNC visit! Open concept downstairs with dining room, full kitchen, half bath, small deck and backyard, porch, bedroom next to full bath! I prefer single travelers to duos/couples because the house is on the small side--thanks for understanding The space Guest bedroom is upstairs, has comfortable IKEA futon that folds onto into a queen bed, and right next door to a full bath with tub! Nice big window overlooking the yard, central heat and air. I do have one cat named Gabriel who is shy and won't bother you unless you want him to! Guest access You are welcome to use all parts of the house and come and go as you please!
