And don’t forget the secret garden 🌳🌿🍄. Two blocks from the water, tennis, food trucks, beach and more! Easy walk or Uber anywhere. New - cedar hot tub 👙 The space We live here and we love our home. We are offering this unique spot (when we’re away) to travelers and visitors who want to enjoy a house rather than a hotel room. This is a two-family building. There are long term tenants in the front unit. There is parking for two small to medium vehicles on the left side of the driveway in a tandem fashion (one in front of the other). Be aware that this is not single level living. There are stairs to the second floor TV den - and all sleeping quarters. The primary suite has a queen bed and a water closet / double shower combo with a heated floor. The other bedrooms each have a queen bed, and they are raised to allow for underneath storage. Be aware that getting in and out of these beds is a bit unusual as they are higher than is typical. There is a third floor with two additional sleeping quarters that we do not offer to guests. We’ve recently added a cedar hot tub to the back yard. You must un-clip all four snaps before you try to take off the top or you will break the snaps and have to replace the cover.
