The space This beautiful 62 m2 Parisian apartment for 2 people in pure Parisian style with its exposed beams, old Hungarian point parquet floors, terracotta tiles, weathered by the passage of time. It has all the essential comforts for a pleasant Parisian stay. The atmosphere is pleasant and elegant. It is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access in a secure condominium (code + code). It is conveniently located in the heart of Paris. In the heart of the Saint Michel district with everything around: Notre-Dame, Île de la Cité, Sainte-Chapelle and the Conciergerie, Île Saint-Louis with its galleries and the Bertillon glacier. Not to mention the many shops, cafes and restaurants. The neighborhood is both lively and quiet at the end of the evening. The apartment is less than a minute's walk to the Saint Michel Notre Dame metro station. The apartment is south facing and overlooks a pretty church. So there are no neighbors opposite and the apartment is bathed in light throughout the day. The space is efficiently arranged with an entrance, kitchen, living room (living/dining room), adjoining bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. In the living room, the Parisian-style living room features a 3-seater sofa, coffee tables, a bar with high stools and a beautiful marble fireplace topped with a mirror and beautifully decorated golden edges. The whole is adjacent to a dining area near the windows with a dining table and comfortable armchairs for 6 people. The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, piston coffee maker, kettle and fridge/freezer. Also, the double bedroom consists of a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a closet with a wardrobe available for guests to store their belongings. The simple and efficient bathroom has a bathtub, two sinks and a washing machine. Separate toilet. Bed and bath linen are provided. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment.
