We have the convenience of beach service on weekends and holidays (up to 4 chairs and 1 umbrella per apartment), 2 parking spaces for cars/motorcycles, apartment with new 40" TV, internet and equipped kitchen, balcony with hammock for rest. The condominium pool is NOT accessible to guests. The space Cozy apartment with two bedrooms, one en-suite and one bedroom with bunk beds that accommodate up to 5 people. Two bathrooms and a nice balcony with a hammock to rest. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. If the group is larger, we accept up to 2 extra guests with a fee to be agreed upon according to the period. Depending on availability on the date, it is possible to check in early or check out late with a price to be agreed upon. Guest access The apartment is exclusively for guests during their stay. Other things to note The condominium pool is for the exclusive access of residents and owners. There is no protective screen on the windows. The apartment is on the second floor with access by elevator and access ramp
