Location: • Located in a quiet neighborhood of Olathe, Kansas • Nice cozy private bedroom with little modern antique look attached to a private entertainment-room and private small kitchen cum bar located in full-furnished basement • 40 minutes from MCI airport • 10-12 minutes’ drive to any measure freeway • 20-25 minutes’ drive from Kansas City Downtown • 20 minutes’ drive from Plaza • Car parking available • 20-30 minutes to Kauffman Stadium and Arrowhead Stadium The space Bedroom: • Nice cozy private bedroom with little modern antique look located in full-furnished basement • Queen size bed • Couple of big size closets • Full-size mirror • Steam iron and ironing pad • Extra airbed will be provided upon request • Private bathroom • Essentials like o Towels o Soap, shampoo o Hairdryer o Toilet paper o Bed sheets o Pillows o Comforter • Wifi • Central heating and air conditioning Entertainment room: • Private entertainment room located in the basement next to the bedroom • 75inch Smart TV with Netflix, Chromecast and basic free to air channels • Couch • Chair with ottoman • Dimmable lights • Indoor fireplace Mini Kitchen-Bar: • Private small kitchen cum bar located in the basement facing the entertainment room • Bar can be used to enjoy the drinks (you need to bring your own drinks) while watching the game!! • Mini refrigerator • Electric stove • Coffee maker • Microwave Mini Gym: • Small storage/utility room which has been converted into a small gym located in the basement • Treadmill • Mat • Basic weights and bench Rules: • Outside shoes should be kept at the entrance and not allowed inside the house to protect the carpet • You can use your own indoor slippers • You are not allowed to use any other area of the house except your private bedroom, private bathroom, private entertainment room, private kitchen/bar from the basement and shared gym • Gym hours are from 6 AM through 8 PM • After 10 PM until 6 AM TV and other noise should be kept low. • No smoking inside the house. • Appliances should be well taken care of so that all the guests can enjoy them!! Guest access You will be provided with a code/key to enter. During your stay I will be available for any information or any assistance.
