Nice cozy room

Nice cozy room in a well-maintained house in a quiet, safe and peaceful neighborhood. The space This is a bright well-decorated pink room. Room is very clean, has a very comfortable queen sized bed and has ample closet space. Expect clean, fresh linens and comforter and very comfortable pillows. Shared bathroom is right across the room. You will be sharing the house with other guests so please observe quite hours between 10 PM to 7 AM. Guest access Kitchen, living room, dining room, common bathroom, deck, patio and driveway for parking. During your stay I am available thru airbnb messaging or by call when I’m not at home. I live in the lower level of house and you call me when I am in the house. I will be glad to help you out for directions, places to go, etc. I also understand that some guest prefers to have their privacy and some quite time so I respect that as well. P. S. Please send me a message of when you will be arriving and if you need to leave later than 11 AM. Please also let me know if you have special needs. Other things to note Extra guests beyond 1 pays another $10/person. The house is not totally sound proof, and out of respect to other guests, please keep the noise level down after 10 PM. Please use your earphones when listening to music or when watching movies/shows in your phone or computer especially during quite hours. I live on the lower level of the house so I would like to request to minimize running, jumping and heavy footwork activities.
