Apartment in Hohenau Center

We rent a cozy apartment of about 40 m²  in the center of Hohenau Itapua in Paraguay. The apartment is quietly located yet centrally located, with shops, bars, and snacks within walking distance. Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked as the property is fenced. The space A kitchen-living room with everything you need, a bedroom with a 1.50 bed and an open closet. A modern bright bathroom with a spacious shower. Parking is possible in front of the house. The parking space is not fenced. Guest access In the communal garden you can barbecue. There are many fruit trees on the premises. Other things to note In front of the house is a piece of forest in which the monkeys regularly come by and can be fed. The property is fenced and currently quiet German long-term tenants live in the house.
