Within a short drive are unique to North Florida features which include the following: crystal clear springs; a national forest ; racing venues; breweries & more The space There are 3 bedrooms: 1 king master suite, one queen bedroom, and one double. All have closets. There is a washer/dryer in the only accessible portion of the garage. There is a back patio and screened back porch. There is a fully functional kitchen with all of the cooking essentials. There is a half acre of woods in the back of the lot. The fence, while somewhat helpful for keeping animals inside has several gaps and destroyed places, so you will need to be with your animals in the back yard. Guest access You will have complete access to the house and washing machine portion of the garage, but the rest is barricaded, for guest safety with unsecured furniture and large objects.
