Restaurants , bars, "El Tunco," "El Sunzal," a top surf spot—minutes from home. The space Casa Tucan boasts 4 spacious bedrooms with brand new hotel quality bedding and linens. Each bedroom is adorned with, a queen bed, a full-sized trundle bed, air conditioning and a smart TV 58", offering comfort and serenity for up to 12 guests. With 3 and a half bathrooms, convenience and privacy are paramount for every guest. SPECTACULAR VIEWS: Wake up to the soothing sound of the waves and the gentle rustle of the forest leaves. Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and lush tropical forest from our spacious terrace. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset with a refreshing drink, Casa Tucan provides the perfect backdrop for your coastal escape. TOUCAN VISITS: As our special guests, you might be lucky enough to have colorful toucans pay you a visit during your stay. Imagine sipping your morning coffee on the terrace while these majestic birds gracefully fly by – a truly enchanting experience that makes Casa Tucan one-of-a-kind. PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS: Step out of your private paradise and onto Xanadu's pristine beach. Due to the nature of the landscape, Xanadu offers a private beach experience, ensuring exclusivity and seclusion for our guests. Dive into the refreshing waves, take leisurely walks along the shore, or simply bask in the sun – the beach is your private haven. LOCATION: Casa Tucan is conveniently located near popular attractions, ensuring you can explore the best of La Libertad with ease. It is a short 4 minute drive to El Tunco and 45 minutes from the airport. TROPICAL FOREST ADVENTURES: For the adventurous souls, explore private walks through the neighborhood, discovering the rich biodiversity that makes El Salvador's landscapes truly unique. Hike through the greenery and embrace the harmony of nature that surrounds Casa Tucan. LOCAL CUISINE: Indulge in delicious local cuisine at nearby restaurants or use our fully equipped kitchen to whip up your own culinary delights. Enjoy your meals on the terrace with the sea breeze as your companion. Guest access - Guests have access to the entire property and also to the club swimming pool and cabanas ($5 charge per person per condominium rules) and beach. - There is one free parking spot in the driveway and 2 more free parking spots in the street in front of the home. There is a $5 fee from the complex for any additional vehicles which have to be parked in the complex’s club house pool area. - Check in is at 3pm onwards and check out is until 11am. -Please be advised that the house does not have running hot water, however, thanks to the warm all year climate in the region, the water comes out a nice room temperature. - Base rate is for 8 sleeping guests, any additional guests are $35 per person up to 12 people. - Due to the residential complex rules, all registered guests must provide their full names before check-in. -Please be advised that some furniture or decor may differ slightly from the photos, as we are continually updating and improving the space for our guests comfort. Other things to note - Not pet friendly (penalty fee $75 per day) - No Smoking Inside (Penalty Fee $300) - No Loud Music after 10pm (Penalty Fee by Complex Security $150) - No day passes - will count as a sleeping guest
