The apartment is located one block from the 6 train, a CVS 24H and Starbucks, and two blocks from Central Park. It is on the 4th floor of a walk up and has a true kitchen and living room. The bathroom is a decent size for Manhattan. The room is small but has a closet and would come furnished with a single bed. The bed has three drawers built into its underside, very useful for storage. There are also several gyms nearby as well as a few restaurants and bars.
