This unit boasts a full kitchen and laundry, along with 1.5 bath. There is a lovely covered patio out front, and the backyard comes equipped with two bbqs and a fire pit. Easy access to everything. STREET PARKING ONLY The space This 1930s craftsman is our precious baby, these original hardwood floors are irreplicable. The house is in the center of the city- easy access to everything- fully equipped- you bring your family, food, and clothes and kick back and enjoy. The unit shares a back wall with another unit. There is street parking only for this unit. Guest access You get unit A, a front patio with furniture, as well as access to the backyard and bbqs! Other things to note You will only have parking on the street.
