Offering 5 bedrooms (with a TV in each bedroom) with luxurious bedding (3 kings and 2 queens), plus a convertible futon in the basement that can work as a 6th bedroom, this home comfortably welcomes up to 12 guests. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of our three-season porch, complete with a 24/7 hot tub, enchanting floating swinging chairs, and an exceptional game room designed for endless entertainment. The spacious living area is prime for relaxation, boasting a 75-inch TV and an oversized couch, ideal for cozy evenings. A selection of books and board games is thoughtfully placed under the living room TV, perfect for nights spent in. Families will find what they need, from child-safe amenities like a pool lock and play area to conveniences such as a high chair and pack n' play. Our grand dining table seats 12 comfortably, offering a wonderful space for gathering, sharing laughs, enjoying meals, or engaging in board game battles. A piano adds a touch of elegance to the dining room, inviting musical entertainment and creating memories. The driveway accommodates up to five vehicles, ensuring ample parking for all. This home is not just a place to stay; it's a space where moments are made, offering something special for every guest. The game room is a treasure trove of entertainment. It includes a pool table, ping pong table, shuffleboard, foosball, giant Connect Four, darts, and mini ring toss, ensuring there's something for everyone. Adding a unique touch is a faux garden wall, complete with a neon sign, perfect for capturing memorable photos. The highlight, though, is a classic arcade machine, boasting a collection of over 20,000 pre-2004 games, offering endless fun for both kids and adults looking for a dose of nostalgia. Outside, the fire pit is the ideal spot to wind down after an exciting day, perhaps with a s'more in hand if you've come prepared. Completing this picturesque setting is the beautiful McGregor golf course, which elegantly stretches out behind the backyard, offering stunning views and a serene backdrop. The pool and the selection of outdoor furniture are accessible between May 15th and October 1st, unless otherwise noted. Other things to note - The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must be present throughout the duration of the stay. - The reservation requires a signed short term rental agreement upon booking with a security deposit -No animals, smoking, or parties. -The outdoor and indoor fireplaces are not available for use. - Up to 5 cars can park in the driveway.
