See You Again Chateau with Hot Tub & Game Room

This breathtaking home is just 15 minutes away from Downtown Gatlinburg and Dollywood, and it is just 7 minutes away from Rocky Top Sports World! Hang out in the upper part of the house in the hot tub or have some fun in the lower theater/game room with ping pong, air hockey and more! In addition, one can enjoy a variety of local shops and restaurants like the Red Oak Bistro, all less than 2 minutes away. Come have a blast because after your first stay, we hope to see you again! The space Spacious 3000 sqft home with lots of amenities. Fully stocked kitchen including appliances and cookware! Includes a theater room, air hockey, ping pong, foosball, indoor basketball, hot tub, outdoor dining area, and more! The views are simplistic yet beautiful with lots of trees blooming and small wildlife roaming. Downtown Gatlinburg and Dollywood are 15-20 minutes away with minimal traffic! The road leading up to the chateau is smooth and fully paved with minimal curves/hills; only the driveway is gravel! Lastly, we know that things will happen that are beyond our control like wifi going out, an appliance acting up or a weather related incident. With that being said, we will do everything in our power to make sure your stay is enjoyable and fix any problems that could arise. All we ask is that you be patient with us. Thank you! Guest access The whole space is fully accessible to all guests! Other things to note There is one indoor security camera that came with the system that is set up facing the front door. However, it will be fully disabled during your stay! NO indoor smoking is allowed. If there is any evidence of indoor smoking, vaping, etc. then a $500 cleaning fee will be added. Please limit all smoking to outside areas and clean up butts, roaches, etc. Thank you!
