Rental unit in Elmont

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The Seven Eleven is just down the block going E on Hoffman Ave, and on the corner of Elmont Rd. There is also a shopping mall with a C Town Super Market 2 blocks away from 7/11 and going Norh on Elmont Rd. There are a lot of restaurants both on Elmont Rd and on Hempstead Turnpike near and far from UBS ARENA. GreenAcres mall is 15 minutes away by car. The space Brand new 4 rooms, all redone from floor to ceiling. New bathroom, new furnitures including (3) three new beds with comfortable mattresses. There is a queen size bedroom, a full size bedroom and a twin size bedroom. The fourth room is a dining room. In the dining room are included: A nice marble looks table. Four (4) modern stylish chairs. There is a refrigerator, a microwave, an airfryer, a single k cup coffee machine, a toaster, ect. The linens are mixed. Some sheets are organic Bamboo and some are soft Cotton sheet sets. The towels are also mixed and cotton bath towels, hands towels, wash clothes and bath Matt. The master bedroom is spacious. The second bedroom is very chic and cozy with a big closet space. The third room has a twin size bed, a night stand, a desk with a chair and a standing lamp. This room also has a playpen crib in the walking closet in case of need for a baby. There are multiple books for reading. The place is chic and unique. Guests will feel at home here. Other things to note There is a dog on the ground floor wich belongs to my daugher. I live on the first floor. My mom also live on the first floor. The rental airbnb guests quarter is on the second floor. Guests can park in the driveway on the right side of the house. Go to the left rear side of the house to get access to the second floor. open the small stainless gate. Go straight and 3 steps up. Open the storm door to get access to the lock 🔐 of the entrance door. Your apartment is upstairs.
