The studio is arranged for comfort, with cushioned seating, ambient lighting, a wood stove for crackling fires and a restful bed to carry you into deep sleep. Kitchen & Dining The modern kitchen includes a gas stove, full set of cookware, and smart layout to make preparing meals a breeze. Sip your morning coffee or enjoy dinner right in the space—no need to leave unless you want to. Balcony & Views Step outside to your private balcony overlooking the water. Mornings bring soft light on the tide; evenings reward you with colorful skies and tranquil reflections. This is where you’ll want to linger with wine in hand or just soak in the view. There is a deck at the bayside. Great spot to launch your kayaks and paddle boards or go clamming! Other things to note Our home is a QUIET, peaceful home directly on the shore of Bodega Bay. The only sounds, noise we want our guests to remember are those of bodega tides rolling in and out, birds, seals, otters and the fog horn and ocean waves crashing in the distance. Please be respectful to our neighbors and other guests. This is NOT a place to come and have a loud party We have Starlink high speed internet and WIFI and our TV is a smart ROKU TVs. Guests will need to log into their own paid streaming apps. There are some free channels available. Wood Stove: We have a wood burning stove that guests can use. We can not supply the wood per our insurance. Please bring 16" or smaller wood, presto or duraflame logs work well. Deikman's market up the street sells these. Weber Grill: Please bring charcoal if you want to grill out, we can not provide the briskets per our insurance. Parking: Parking is limited to ONE CAR per booking, unless otherwise arranged. Drive down the driveway and turn your car around using the space in front of the garage and then back into the end of the driveway so your car is facing up towards the driveway. Park next to the retaining wall or close to other guest cars, leaving the space free in front of the garage so everyone can turn around. Additional street parking available in the neighborhood across the street.  Please no smoking or vaping on the property.
