Light and bright, large walkout studio apartment with full kitchen and bath. Located on private gated horse farm. Loads of vineyards in our area and 10 minutes from downtown Scottsville. Mile long trail around property. Coffee maker and creamers, sodas, and provided. Because we are up early, we go to bed early too. When considering our place, please plan on arriving before 9 p.m. Discounted rates for weekly and monthly stays. Quiet hours 10 pm until 8 am The space Our property is set away from the light and noise of town or city life. While private, it's only a 12 minute drive into downtown Scottsville where there are restaurants and grocery shopping for your convenience. Watch the horses graze from out your bedroom window, go for a stroll around the property, let us know you’d like to try some of our chicken’s fresh eggs and we’ll leave some in your kitchen. Guest access This walk-out basement apartment has it's own entry and drive. We do ask that guest are courteous about leaving yard gates closed behind them as they come and go. If you'd like to meet the horses, we're happy to take you up to see them. Please let us know as, for safety reasons, we need to be with you to visit with them. There is a cleared trail surrounding the property that runs down to the quiet treed creek area. Guest are welcome to use the trails to stretch their legs and enjoy the beautiful Central Virginia countryside. Other things to note Dogs, Horses and Chickens on property. The dogs are part of our family and are with us all the time. If you are hesitant around them please let us know in advance and we can keep them separate from any interaction, but they're really quite friendly and love meeting new people.
