Guest access • Guests will self check-in using an electronic lock. • Access to the condominium is made with the identification and release of all occupants at the entrance. • That's why we ask for photos of the documents of everyone who will use the property. • If you are using the garage, please send the car details in advance (license plate, model, color). • Our garage is not accessible for very large cars, such as vans. Other things to note • We kindly ask you to always dispose of the trash in the trash bin of the building in the elevator corridor, next to the staircase • We kindly ask you not to throw garbage, toilet paper, or absorbent in the discharge, thus avoiding clogging. - If you forget any belongings in the apartment, you will be notified immediately, as soon as the housekeeper identifies them, and the guest must return to the reception on the same day to collect them. We are not responsible for objects forgotten and not removed on the same day of the checkout.
