The kitchen, carpets, and paint have all been updated recently to give you a clean and relaxed experience. There are three bedrooms and one full bathroom (bidet installed) on first floor and exact same on the second floor. First floor bedrooms: The first bedroom has two queen-sized beds, a nightstand, a 50-inch Roku TV, and a closet. The second bedroom is a standard-sized room with two twin beds and a closet. The third bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstand, and closet. Bedrooms upstairs: The first bedroom has two queen-sized beds, a nightstand, a 50-inch Roku TV, and a closet. The second bedroom is a standard-sized room with two twin beds and a closet. The third bedroom features a double-sized bed, nightstand, and closet. The kitchen layout on first and second floor includes a breakfast nook with barstools and a shelf equipped with board games for all ages. The first floor living room features a large dining table and comfortable seating with a 65-inch 4K Smart TV with Roku. The TV has Netflix, Hulu, and other apps. The massive second floor living room features a large dining table and comfortable seating with a 75-inch 4K Smart TV with Roku. The TV has Netflix, Hulu, and other apps. The living room on first floor boasts ample seating space for guests. One of the couches is also a pull out bed that turns into a queen bed for 2 people to sleep on. Sheets/extra pillows/comforters are provided additionally as well. Central air and heat flow throughout the space and can be controlled through a thermometer in the living room. Guests enter through the code-encrypted front door and walk straight to the unit (also code-encrypted) into the space. Guests can also access the basement, which features a pool table and laundry. Guests can also access the backyard, which is fully fenced and generous in size. It comes with patio furniture (not available during winter), a bonfire, and a natural gas BBQ grill. Up to 4 cars can be parked in front of the garage, alongside street parking (overnight not allowed during winter months). Guest access Guests will be able to access the backyard as well as the basement to play pool and do laundry in. Other things to note GUESTS The guest count is very strict and must include any visitors that you plan on having over to the house. GARAGE No parking inside the garage unless otherwise approved from hosts. PETS We are pet friendly but only for responsible pet owners and with approval. We charge $50 per pet per stay. This is a fee additional to the regular cleaning fee. If you have a pet that is not a dog, please be specific. KIDS Although we are child friendly, this house is not childproof. Please monitor children at all times. There are some pieces of furniture that could potentially be knocked over and cause harm if not careful. The cabinets do not have locks. By reserving your stay in our home, you agree that you understand this home is not childproof and we will not be held liable for any injury. ID REQUIRED PRE-CHECK IN You will get a code for the front door. This is only provided upon receipt of your drivers license or government issued ID. Your name must match the name on the reservation. CAMERAS We have two outdoor cameras, on in the front entrance and on the driveway. They video and audio record 24/7 and are monitored. Tampering with or disabling the cameras will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund and a fine of $500 in addition to complete loss of reservation payment. We have indoor camera in the basement to monitor pool table & furnace. HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS Violating the house rules, not checking out timely at 11am, smoking, leaving cigarette butts anywhere on the grounds of the property, having unauthorized guests and any other house rule violation will result in a $500 penalty as well as any additional actual expenses related to damage, cleaning, etc.
