When the temperature dips, gather around the gas log fireplace. Help yourself to coffee, tea, water, and other refreshments available 24/7 in the dining room. During your stay We live in the home and are always available for your needs. We love getting to know our guests. Other things to note Finally, we have a few additional House Rules for the safety, consideration, and well being of all our guests. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, though vaping is allowed on the porch. Our guests may not bring or have pets or other animals of any kind in the house. We hope to have kennel facilities at some time in the future. We do not allow children under 14, but please check with us as we may make exceptions during some time periods. Our guests may not bring or possess any illegal drugs, or weapons of any kind, anywhere on our property at any time. Only registered guests are allowed in the guest rooms, unless you have our specific permission to make an exception to that policy. Our guests may not host parties or engage in any activities that may disturb other guests. You may invite guests into the common areas of the house, such as the living room, dining room, and porch, but no persons who are not registered guests are allowed in the house between midnight and 8 am, unless you have our specific permission to make an exception to that policy. Our guests are provided with limited refreshments, but do not have access to our kitchen or any other cooking facilities. Cooking is not allowed in the guest rooms.
