A swell place to yourself

We have 2 listings for the same guest bedroom, one for when we're home during your stay, and one for when we're not home during your stay. This listing is for when we're NOT home, so you get the common areas of the house to yourself! We mark our bedrooms as private when we leave. We keep the same low price for the room, and only increase the cleaning fee to cover the cost of someone else cleaning while we're out of town! Check our other listing if this one is unavailable (e.g, when we're home)! The space We've tried to make the space simple and convenient, with small touches like easy access to electrical outlets and USB charging, hooks in-room to hang your towels on if you prefer, a luggage rack, closet space, a full body mirror, and plenty of under-bed storage. Both beds are newer memory foam mattresses that are very comfortable! Every reservation gets freshly washed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, wash clothes, and bath mat. There is filtered water available in the room with clean glasses. Guest access You get full access to your bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, and driveway for parking Other things to note Our rooms are off limits, but clearly labeled. We have cameras on the property, and it should be assumed that the Guest Room and Guest Bathroom are the only completely private areas. We don't actively monitor the cameras, they're simply for review should something go missing or get damaged - which has never happened :)
