Quiet, comfortable and 100% private apartment in the heart of Williamsburg. Private BACKYARD! TV with cable, lightning fast WIFI, air conditioner are available. Full kitchen ideal for cooking! Perfect place to rest and recharge! Ideally located: close to the Bedford and Lorimer L stops and the Marcy JMZ. Tons of delicious restaurants are nearby, as well as the new Whole Foods and Apple store. Very close to cool shops and bars! As a host, I will make your stay as smooth and comfy as possible! The space Beautiful newly renovated 1 bedroom studio in the center of Williamsburg! It has a FULL kitchen, a FULL bathroom with a bathtub, and a large private backyard. Super fast wifi and large flat screen TV with Cable, Netflix, all the good stuff! There is a window air conditioning unit. The bedroom is large and has beautiful hardwood floors. The bed is full size and can sleep two people comfortably. It has a super comfy down pillow top! It's on the ground floor of the apartment building on Metropolitan avenue, the neighborhood's main street- but it's at the end of a private hallway, so it's very quiet- you will sleep like a baby. The apartment is in the center of everything: across the street is the music venue the Knitting Factory, two doors down is a popular bar the Commodore, there are bodegas and laundromats at every corner and a large grocery store is a few blocks away. It is equidistant to the Lorimer L and Bedford L stop, and the Marcy JMZ stop. All are a few minutes on foot. There are restaurants and great shopping nearby. This is one of the coolest neighborhoods in NYC and you will never run out of things to do or see. There have never been animals in the apartment so if you suffer from allergies you have nothing to worry about. One thing to note is that my backyard houses the air conditioning unit owned by the pizzeria next door. They sometimes need to access my backyard to fix it- they come very rarely, about once a month, and use an underground passage that connects the pizzeria to the backyard. They are discreet and quick. Do not be surprised if you see someone back there! Guest access Guests will be given keys to access the apartment. Guests have full access to backyard.
