This 3Bed /2Bath is centrally located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood; walkable distance to the shopping center, stores and just few minutes driving to the beach. The open floor plan concept and high ceilings provide natural light; the minute you walk into the house you get to see open view to the pool and the canal. The large screened lanai offers canal views, heated pool + jetted spa (extra $15/day) summer kitchen, counter top bar and seating perfect to cook your catch of the day. Other things to note Our commitment is to offer our guests a privacy and a pleasant stay during their vacation time. We have weekly services for pool maintenance, landscaping and monthly service for pest control; since these jobs are performing by subcontractors, we don't have any specific set day when the services will be performed. Upon guest's request we can have an estimate date and time to be provided.
