Los Pinos is a modern home with a cute architectural style, open and spacious spaces. It is ideal for hosting families, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large social space and a comfortable deck from which you can enjoy the wonderful view of the dam and the pine reserve that is next to it. The space ABOUT THE PINES Location: We are located in the village of Bonilla del Peñol. 15 minutes from El Peñol and 15 minutes from Guatapé by car. Just 3 km before reaching the Peñol stone. Spaces distribution: 1 master bedroom with queen bed, closet, Video Beam and modern bathroom. This bathroom is open and surrounded by glass to give closer proximity to nature. 1 intermediate room, which has semi-double bed, closet and work desk 1 secondary room with double bed, closet, TV-netflix and traditional bathroom included. 1 65-inch TV, located in the main room 1 indoor area with kitchen, indoor dining area and living room 1 patio with washing machine and clothes area 1 Charcoal Steakhouse 1 deck with height of 4mtrs 1 Outdoor side table for 8 people on the deck 2 outdoor chairs in fabric Books Board games Convenient parking for 3 vehicles 1 firepit The kitchen is full equipped: Pressure pot, pans, Parrila para arepas, full tableware for 8 people (Deep dishes, pandos dishes, large and small), cutlery, saccharger, plaster, a grill and its asados kit, rice cooker, air fryer, conventional oven, blender, general kitchen utensils, coffee maker, a pot for outdoor use, refractarias for the oven. House linen: Sheets, blankets, body towels, hand towels, shower towels and pillows for 8 people View of the dam: Los Pinos overlooks the dam and you can walk to the dam. However, we are currently in the design and planning stage for the construction of a road. So if you want to access it, you will need to do it with extreme caution as there is no definite path yet. And it will be at your own risk. We are pet-Friendly: If you come with pets remember not to let them on the beds or sofas :) Although the space does not have internal pets, our neighbors have rescued and adopted canines, they are properly vaccinated and none create a danger to guests. However, all animals tend to defend their territory, we recommend that pets be supervised by their owners. The spaces are fenced and divided but sometimes you will be able to see pets along the way. If you prefer not to have them nearby, we suggest you close the gate so they do not see free access. Resting area: Keep in mind that the house is located in a quiet rural area with a tendency to look for a good rest, so parties and access by additional people to the place are prohibited without proper authorization Miscellaneous notes: La vereda Bonilla features aqueduct and drinking water. The climate is mild, you can wear shorts but you will definitely need a sweater at night, where the temperature is usually cold. If you want to use the fire pit, I recommend bringing firewood, as we only have it available depending on the weather. We provide basic toiletries and cleaning products. And 1 use of charcoal. Food products: As for food products, we only provide salt and sugar. This is due to food handling codes, since products such as oil or coffee could be contaminated between guests. Communication: The cellular and internet signal is good, however being a rural area, sometimes there are intermitences in the service. Additional services: If you are interested in accessing our additional kitchen and/or cleaning service, you can do so for a fee of 25 USD. We will also be happy to provide you with information and contact numbers for water sports, boat tours, spa or bike rentals. Go to waterfall Guest access Guest access is automatic. There is a security lock. However, there is a main gate to the subdivision, which can be accessed independently if you have a Colombian cell phone, otherwise you must contact the host, only the first time you access. Therefore, the first check-in in this mode must be between 7am and 10pm. Other things to note Terms and conditions 1. Guests who come with pets must take care of them. The guest is responsible for the property and for leaving all waxes in good condition, and failing that, assume the cost of the missing items. 3.
